Peterborough Limited Board
John Birkenhead
Business Director - MGroupJohn joined the Peterborough Limited board in November 2025
He has over 30 years’ experience in the Highways Maintenance Industry and has worked in Peterborough since 2013 on the Highways Maintenance Contract.
John is a member of the Peterborough Highways Strategic Board
Christian Hogg
CouncillorChristian is a Peterborough City Councillor having being elected in 2018 for the Fletton and Stanground ward.
Additionally, he is a member of the management board for Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation, a trustee of the Green Backyard and a school governor for Ormiston Bushfield Academy.
Christian has lived in Peterborough since 1989 and runs a print supplies company in the city previously having had a wide range of experience in the Logistics Industry.
Mark Sandhu
Service Director, Peterborough City CouncilMark was appointed to the board in October 2025 and has worked directly or indirectly for Peterborough City Council for almost 30 years, leading a range of front and back office services. In 2024 he TUPE’d back to the council after 12 years working for Serco under the Peterborough-Serco Strategic Partnership (PSSP). His final role with Serco from 2019 was as Operations Director which ended with him leading almost 300 colleagues back to the council. His current role with the council is Service Director – Operations.
