Kitran Eastman
Managing DirectorKitran has worked for Peterborough Limited since its early days in 2019.
She has spent over 20 years working in delivering effective and efficient frontline services across the country. Having started her career in recycling and waste management, Kitran is a committed environmentalist and Charter Waste manager. Kitran has expertise in organisational and culture change, which has helped shape the business we have today.
As Peterborough Limited has expanded, Kitran is now also CEO of Peterborough Culture, Heritage, Learning and Leisure (PCHLL).
Nick Thulborn
CouncillorNick is a Peterborough City Councillor for the Fletton and Woodston ward.
He is the Cabinet Member for Growth and Regeneration.
Christian Hogg
CouncillorChristian is a Peterborough City Councillor having being elected in 2018 for the Fletton and Stanground ward.
Additionally, he is a member of the management board for Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation, a trustee of the Green Backyard and a school governor for Ormiston Bushfield Academy.
Christian has lived in Peterborough since 1989 and runs a print supplies company in the city previously having had a wide range of experience in the Logistics Industry.
Steve Crabtree
Local Government OfficerSteve was appointed to the Board in March 2023.
He has 40 years experience working in the public sector, including District, County and Unitary local authorities in the financial and governance environments. A qualified accountant by profession, he is currently employed as the Chief Internal Auditor at Peterborough City Council.
